getting older has more cons i guess..i start to consider many things in my life-why do i even exist in this world, what will my future be?, what will happen if i had never left malacca? and when will i achieve ultimate success?? alrite, enough of my craps and my spill outs...it's time for some sweet and sour recap of my life throughout this year.

1) I left my home for the very first time and live in a totally malay neighbourhood with unhygenic food, lots of cats, flying crows all over, and genius people around me too. i survived for six months and my journey is still a long way to go.

2) I realized i am just another ordinary girl next door without the best brain, the best body, the best look, the best talent, the best height, the best manners or even the best temper too.

3) I am glad that i got jpa scholarship for i will never be able to survive in form six but yet i am still strugling in INTEC.

4) I begin to discover different personalities of people from the mother's sons to the bitches to the genius guys to the rich kids to the hypocrites too. life isn't that simple like what you imagine. it's full with lies and illusions.

5) I woke up from my fantasy dreams.. scoring 95 marks for your add math doesn't guarantee anything for mathematics in college.

6) I cried a lot this year for i felt i was so lonely, depressed and stressed out with the new culture, environment and society around me. thank goodness there are kind people around me like my parents, my sister, my malaccan friends, mei yueh, yuin yi and even the new friends i met in INTEC.

7) I realized my health wasn't that promosing for i had frequent diarrhea in INTEC, fever, flu and even soar throat. I seriously need to improve my health and eat healthier food.

8) I put high hopes that miracles will happened but obviously it never.

9) I participated in choir for the very first time even though i was truly aware my voice wasn't the most melodious voice in the world.

10)I sleep too late recently and failed to wake up as early as possible like what i used to do during my past days. i am feeling seriously deeply guilty.

11) I put tonnes of pressure on myself, always comparing myself with others which is definitely the stupidest thing i ever done.

12)I haven't been really compassionate, understanding and patient towards others and tend to order people around. I need to change this.

13)I just enjoy traveling together with my friends especially.

14)I don't socialize much and just wait for others to approach me.

15)I just want to better for the years to come and to love myself and others even more.

spring cleaning- that's what my family did today. we washed the house porch, the pavement, the drain, the steps in fact everything that were made from semen...it is our family yearly routine before the new year approaches as my parents believe that washing and cleaning will diminish all the bad luck and chi....but this year our job finished pretty fast within two hours. for a girl with an undoubtedly poor stamina, scrubbing the floor can be simply tiring but i think it is worthwhile after all the time i spend with my family weighed heavier compared to the tiredness i felt...starting today onwards, i am leaving in a much cleaner house... :)

finally you're 18 years old.....ahah no more the baby in the house and always remember you're getting older n i am always younger than you!! juz kidding, gurl.....after not meeting you for nearly six months, it's really a pleasure hanging out with you again..haha well, you didn't change much except the side of hair is slightly dyed....and you still have that loud hilarious laugh. siang siang siang, you are just the same siang we know! may all your dreams come true and may you meet all your 14 princes!!!!

our very fourth stay overnight but this time in century mahkota...even though the number of peole sleeping overnight was rather little compared to last time but seriously this stay was the most fun and enjoyable except for the sleeping part for sure....everything was fun especially the cam whoring time from the bathroom into the closet, the magic trick performance by eunice and even the story-telling time till early in the morning. everyhting was fun and thanks for making it such a memorable one, guys!!!!

THURSDAY 27 DECEMBER 2007
4.45pm
only four ppl arrived ( bee fang, li lin, shen and eunice). we are total dying of boredom waiting for all the other latecomers..so, we start clicking our camera at every corner of the room.

first shot-pineapple tart as the victim

2nd shot- we headed to the bedroom and started snapping pictures using self-timer

3rd shot- we planned to stand on the sofa to take a picture but the results are seriously the funniest picture we ever took..only our heads could be seen...oopss.correction...only bee fang's head and neck, eunice's head, shen's hair and nothing bout li lin could be seen.

THIS SIMPLY PROVE THAT LI LIN IS TOO SHORT TO BE oN THE PICUTRE!

4th shot- the disease of posing is spreading among us.
we cudn't stop posing posing and posing.
5th shot- we decided to get some fresh air so we headed to the balcony. but we found out the balcony was dirty and we ended up sulking in the picture
unsatisfied

6th shot- eunice locked us outside in the balcony making us unable to enter the apartment but it ended up we took pictures of her as if it was her who was locked up.
( notice the shadow of two people? definitely they are shen and li lin)

DONE...we are forced to stopped cam-whoring after receiving a call from miaw jyi....

7.30pm
everyone has arrived-miaw jyi, e-shynn, onn onn and hui pin plus the other four cam-whorers (wonder whether this word exist). we stopped by at the bowling alley to check out dionne's bowling tournament. indeed she was having a great game...bravo, dionne!! we headed to seoul garden to celebrate siang's birthday but eventually we found out it was too too expensive for us to afford...change of plane..JOHNNY'S STEAMBOAT, HERE WE COME!

1st shot- four great peole decide to grab a shot at the johnny's restaurant

2nd shot- shen and shynn...the double s in johnny's

3rd shot- we had a hard time ordering food in johnnys cause the waitress was talking some kind of slang English which none could hardly understand......isn't fridge and refrigerator are the same?? but for the waitress there, there are two different things..insane.
our food arrived...and the chicken soup is finally bowling.

shen successfully captured the picture of hungry siang once the lid of pot is lifted up.

4th shot- hui pin and siang immediately hurried towards the steamboat but unfortunately they are stopped by miaw jyi's huge spoon.

5th shot- feeling unstatisfied, both siang and hui pin fight all way through miaw jy's hand and finally succeeded in catching the food in the hot pot.

6th shot- siang's super mini cake but super cute and creamy.

7th shot- the froggy couple leap in joy upon their reunion after they were separated by a few centimeters on the cake.

8th shot- siang making her deepest wishes while everyone staring at her eagerly.

SIANG'S WISHES
1) our friendship will always last forever
2) all of us attended the dinner will meet a handsome, rich, smart, perfect husband in future ( so touching siang)

9th shot- she blew the candle...huhu finally u are 18...big gurl!

10th shot- unfortunately, her face was smashed into the cake....checked out li lin's evil face at the corner.

11th shot- poor siang she was forced to eat the cake where her face has landed on.
still tasted delicious right, siang?

12th shot- everyone was having a great time smashing siang's face into the cake.

11pm
siang's party finally ended and both siang and hui pin headed home..leaving only seven of us stranded in the century hotel. so, what else could we possibly do?? cam-whoring u guessed it right and our whole studio for photography is build in our apartment in just a few hours.

1st shot- we ran towards the bath tub and grab anything we possibly could..posers, aren't we?
we believed that we surpassed the requirements to be professional models cause we successfully transform a toilet into a studio center. genius right?

2nd shot- closet is our very next victim..all seven of us squeezed into it although feeling suffocated, we still successfully managed to capature the faces of the models.

3rd shot- the bed of course is a no-no spot for cam-whoring. however, during the process, we burst into laughter and the hilarious photos of us are accidentally taken.

4th shot- we finally managed to capture a huggable picture of us after several failures. we even transfer the table lamp on the bed, shining at us to get the most perfect lighting for our picutre..told ya, we are professional models and photographers!

5th shot- li lin was chased to the back for her head was blocking everyone behind...eventually, we capture a perfect picture!

1st shot- we paid rm3 to play snooker under the treat of miaw jyi..many beginner players here except for eunice for sure.

i successfully strike 3 balls *beaming proudly* and i never strike the white ball before....i guess it could be considered as an excellent achievement!!!!

(well, i have to admit that i caused the balls to flew out of the snooker table but that's what beginners are right?)

We completed our snooker game in a pretty long time and headed back to hotel. everyone crowded around on the bed eagerly clearing our ears for some juicy spicy stories especially about mhs politics.

1st shot- on the bed feeling so exhausted but yet our eyes are still available for camera-capturing.

2nd shot- miaw jyi trying to show off that she brought tooth brush today cause the previous time during our trip she forgotten and was forced to use fingers to brush her teeth..ewww.

FRIDAY 28TH DECEMBER 2007
we woke up pretty early cause we pratically freezing cold in the apartment and took our bath before headed to the wong kok char kang teng......in dataran pahlawan..the food was splendid and the drinks are superb too!!!

2nd shot- feeling not full yet, we decided to drop by at roibo for another sip of drink.


finally, our long journey ended with everyone departing on seprated ways..
my report is complete and if there were more time, we definitely will enjoy to the maximun.
but in short, i still had a great time and thank my buddies for participating in with me!!!

Christmas Day Out

I just loved her more and more each day. she is my best buddy. i known her for more than nine years and our friendship is never built on a single day. we quarrel lots of time. we even disagree on lots of things ranging from preference of clothes to the coolest guy on street. but because of that, we got closer and closer. she knows everything about me and i knows everything about her. she meant so much to me. and christmas has indeed brought us closer..love you to tiny bit of pieces, sweet buddy!!!!!

Winter Festival, a year older!!!

HAPPY WINTER FESTIVAL!!!!!!!

yes, today is the tang yuen day.....which means i am a year older according to chinese calendar..so i am 19 already!!!! haha..so called nineteen i guess.the day where we drink ginger soup with tang yuen in it..one of my favourite chinese dish....and again this year, mum, daddy and me sat together on the table to roll and make tang yuen....and here the result of my family homemade tang yuen balls and soup!!!!

YEAR 2007 is coming to an end...should i jump high up into the air and scream out loud that finally the year i depressed most is finally coming to an end? or should i roll myself and hide under the bed for the zodiac of horse is going to have a hard time in the rat of year? i am lost..not knowing what is best for me or what should i do. i would never want to enter year 2008 cause i am truly aware that i have to struggle really really hard next year to enter the university i want and to ensure that i am able to fly. i am so doubtful of myself. great times are done. great times are over. what is left now is only hardship, sorrow, endurances, and pain. will i be able to face and hurdle through it or will i only sink deeper into my grave? only time will prove to me what will i be in future and only time will reveal to me why do i even exist in this world.
enough of my feelings and emotion in this post..time for some flashback of those good old days that i really enjoyed a lot. if santa claus do really exist in north pole, please do drop by at my blog for once and make my dream come true.

PENANG ISLAND

our first destination- penang island....after eight hour long journey in the bus, we finally arrived in penang at about six thirthy...eventually, we are up on the way to bukit bendera....penang is indeed a food galore and a shopping heaven too...

PANGKOR ISLAND

our second destination of the trip- pangkor island...one of my favourite spot among all the other four places but yet the place where we took the least pictures.....as they didn't bring our camera along when we were out in the sea.... sitting the speedboat was indeed so fun and cool......and one new experience that i learned was snorkeling..the fishes are so colourful and i never regretted spending five ringgit for the goggles..another experience that i enjoyed so much is none other than the BANANA BOAT.....if i was given a choice, i will definitely pay again to go for another ride.....it was so speedy, windy, cool!!!!

somehow we are fated to miss mei yueh a lot cause every where we go, we are sure to spot some doraemon hiding somewhere near us including the room we slept in at pangkor...doraemon blanket..if only mei yueh was there, she would have screamed out loud!!!

CAMERON HIGHLANDS

next destination, cameron highlands..the nearly eight hour journey from lumut to cameron highlands definitely killed me to boredom in the bus....but once we stepped foot on cameron highlands, all my boredom disappeared for the air there was so so so refreshing and in fact it smelled sweet too...... well, cameron wasn't really that adventurous trip like in pangkor but some how i truly enjoyed the steamboat there and most importantly the pasar malam there too- and not forgetting the fresh fruit ice-cream too....

GENTING HIGHLANDS

finally, we arrived at our final destination- genting highlands...during the whole day journey to genting, our bus broke down..well, that was definitely one of the worst thing that happened during the trip..imagine 43 people stranded in the middle of tanjung malim perak with no transport back to malacca..thank godnness, uncle goh, the driver of the bus called another back-up bus to fetch us up to genting....relieved!!! apart from that, we had lots of fun in genting...playing those extreme games with your friends are totally different experience from playing them with your family.....one word to describe the whole time in genting- SPLENDID!
