when the government announced about the petrol price hike a few days ago, lots of disappointment arises and i am of those not excluding too. petrol price hike might be reasonable in the sense of reducing the burden of the country's subsidization but in reality, an extreme petrol price hike of nearly 78sen is undeniably too much to be beared with. malaysians are not the rich groupies who can afford high petrol price like other coutnries. my mum has been complaining the whole day on how badly our lifestyle is affected and she regretted for not pumping the petrol earlier. but now what i feared most is the bus ticket price. i am regular customer who uses bus service every weekend to and fro in order to get back to my hometown weekly. if the petrol price including diesel is to be increased, wouldn't the price of bus ticket will be affected too? even though, the government assured us that there will be no increment in the public transport fares but sooner or later, the aftermath of petrol price hike will be revealed.
