Cuti Cuti Malacca

<span class=
born and breed in Malacca. that's so me.
i headed up to kl two days ago and i did not like the life there. hectic. dirty. noisy. crowded with foreigners. i am blessed to be a malaccan. a proud one in fact because you can't find many malaccans around in university or colleges. that simply makes me more unique than the rest of the crowd.
<span class=
the famous A Famosa fort, flooded with tourists as usual. i passed by that fort everyday since i was a kid as it was located a few blocks away from both my primary and secondary school. honestly, it was just another ordinary building in my eyes. sadly and honestly i am not really a historical person. surprisingly i find it rather nostalgic to be back there again yesterday noon.
<span class=
and i realised that my camera might not have been the best one in the whole world but it behaved pretty excellent yesterday. just look at the amazing architecture of the fort from my camera eyes.
<span class=
up above at the st Paul's hill. i hope it get all these places right or else it would be hell of embarrassment. i haven't been there for ages and had been there nly for rangers activities. yes yes i was a brownie and then a girl guide and then a ranger. learnt all those 'ikatan', forgotten all damn single one. bad ranger i was.
<span class=
that's the ugly proof of me. nerdy rangers.
<span class=
at the peak of the hill, was big blocks of plates and leftover of the destroyed fort. so if you are someone who loves your trip to be immortalized, so do crazy stuffs like i did. everyone does that at there.
<span class=
i meant crazy stuffs like that. jumping into the sky, thousand metres above the sea level.
<span class=
now, tell me you so wanna be on top of hill like us
<span class=
when i was really really young, they used to have real bullock carts around the field. real bulls and real carts. but i guess modernization has taken over. plastic model still isn't that bad. there are many other displays around that area ranging from trains to air planes to ships but we did not went there. we were at the brink of thirst to death that we decided to give up on our Malacca touring. our tour was pretty much less than an hour. guess we are just the lazy explorers.
<span class=
later in the evening, the sweaty four of us watched avatar 3d. paid 17 bucks and it was a crazy ticket hunt because all the tickets were sold when we arrived there and my friends were like so damn 'kiasu' in getting the reserved tickets if they happens to be uncollected. lol. it's great having 'kiasu' friends sometimes. kidding.i adore the efforts you guys put in of course. anyway, one was queuing up in the reservation line and the other was queuing up for like FOUR times at the normal line. crazy aren't we. we must have be really lucky that the reserved tickets were uncollected so in we go to the cinema.
avatar was awesome in the sci-fci way,and because i was watching 3d, it was pretty much like watching a computer game. sadly, the movie did not blew me away as it had predictable plot but it was nice in an acceptable way for me.beautiful colours effects, creative characters, handsome actor, villian doesn't die that easily. worth watching still.
do enjoy Malacca as much as i do.
it is a nice warm place to live in and it breeds high quality people too....muahahahaha.....
consider living in malacca next time.

xoxo,
truly malaccan.
